Bio: For the past 15 years, Randy Bruchmiller has concentrated his practice on representing companies and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Specifically, Randy has handled commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, consumer disputes, claims of breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, insurance fraud allegations, insurance broker disputes, and various other complex business litigation matters. He has also represented companies and individuals in matters relating to temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions and permanent injunctions. He has handled complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, toxic tort litigation and other disputes in the oil and gas, retail, healthcare, alternative fuels, agrochemicals, medical supply, orthodontics, insurance, engineering, staffing, software, construction, banking and many other industries.

In addition to handling matters at the trial level, Randy has handled appellate matters for his clients. Whether it be individuals, small companies or very large companies, Randy has helped his clients successfully navigate the litigation process.

Randy was a partner at a medium-sized litigation firm before working several years at two large, international firms in Houston, most recently with DLA Piper, LLP.
