During his career, Bill Ikard has argued over 20 appeals before Texas Courts of Appeals and five at the Texas Supreme Court.
The Honorable Diane Henson is a former justice on the Texas Third Court of Appeals. During her six-year term, Diane served on three-judge panels that decided more than 2,000 cases, and personally authored more than 700 appellate opinions. In private practice, Diane has handled many appellate matters and argued cases before the Texas Supreme Court, numerous Texas intermediate appellate courts, and the federal courts of appeal. Diane has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Austin and at St. Mary's University School of Law and is a frequent lecturer at legal seminars. Diane received the Outstanding Journal Article Award in 2006 from the Texas Bar Foundation for her article "From Pom Pom Girls to Center Court," published in the American Bar Association's Litigation Magazine.
