Ikard Wynne’s Business and Transactions practice is headed up by Tim Young. Tim brings a wealth of business transaction experience, having represented clients for over 25 years in corporate, finance, business and real estate matters. He has represented clients in many different industries, including software, engineering, telecommunications, banking, oil and gas, real estate, water and environmental areas. Tim has represented various sized companies from small start up ventures to large publicly held companies. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in international business matters including licensing, distribution, outsourcing, leasing, and establishing and winding up foreign subsidiaries.
In addition to private practice experience, Tim also served as general counsel to an engineering solutions and software company with international operations. His work there included mergers and acquisition work, corporate financings, intellectual property licensing, and outsourcing agreements, as well as executive compensation and human resource matters.
